• Acupressure: Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure®

Aromatherapy, the therapeutic use of pure essential oils that are concentrated extracts of flowers, other plants and spices.

Chi Kung training in breathing, stretching and slow movements to rebuild and strengthen body, mind and energy.

Energy Therapy invites the body's energy to balance and improve its circulation.

• Massage for Relaxation that invites you to drift into comfort in your mind, body and spirit.

Massage for Deep Tissue Therapy can release chronic tension in muscles through use of slow strokes and

deep pressure on contracted areas, either following or going across the grains of fascia, muscles and tendons.

Includes deepest of Swedish Massage strokes, with deep circular movements applied to soft tissue, causing the

underlying layers of tissue to rub against each other.  This causes an increase in blood flow to the massaged area

and can breakdown scar tissue.  Can include stretching with active and passive movements.

• Massage for Myofascial Release
uses long, stretching strokes to release muscular tension.

Massage for Orthopedic Therapy is non-invasive therapy for persistent, painful problems.

This proven practice can help release the affected muscles which can improve blood flow and facilitate healing.

Massage for Sports Therapy, pre, post and maintenance for optimal performance, faster recovery and prevent injury.

Reflexology is provided to head, ears, hands and feet to release stress and tension in the rest of the body.

Stone Therapy, the therapeutic use of warm and cool stones for comfort and pain relief.

Tai Chi training to rebuild and strengthen body, mind and energy.

Tui na is therapeutic pressure used to stimulate acupoints by pushing, brushing, kneading, rolling and pressing areas between joints.
