CHI KUNG
(Chee Gung)

Exercise combines specific postures and movements with imagination and special breathing techniques, to improve the immune system and minimize the effects of aging. Movements are done slowly, as one would have to do in water. Also known as Qigong, the movements need minimum space, strength and are easily modified to benefit chair and hospital bed users.  "Chi or Qi" are Chinese words for life force energy and "kung or gong" are Chinese for exercise to improve balance, quality, quantity and movement of qi.  Low impact postures, calm, deep breathing and gentle movements create more energy for your lifestyle.

Medical Doctors who specialize in Qigong, prescribe and successfully treat problems serious as cancer.  Build Energy - Calm and Focus the Mind.
