Chi Kung

(pronounced Chee Kung) combines postures and
slow movements with breathing used for 1,000's of years
to improve balance, comfort and energy.
Chi Kung is especially good for everyone wanting to
improve their mental and physical fitness and health,

for reducing stress and is especially helpful for seniors.
Daily practice Chi Kung's breathing, postures
and bi-lateral movements can be used to successfully
and assist chronic pain, comfort and flexibility. 

Tai Chi

(pronounced Taiji) is especially good
for anyone wanting to improve Sports Performance,
for Veterans to relieve and manage PTSD and stress
 and for seniors to feel younger, longer.
Daily practice of Michaelsen's bi-lateral Tai Chi
training is designed to improve mind and body
health and fitness.  Tai Chi practice can be used
to successfully relieve
and assist chronic pain
improve balance, comfort and flexibility. 

Kung Fu

Though a fighting style of Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts)
Kung Fu advocates virtue, peace and avoidance of violence.
Using specific movements, kicking and weapon skills,
Kung Fu keeps its original function of self-defense. 
Its value in body-building and fitness is highly respected.
