THERAPEUTIC CHI KUNG
(pronounced Chee Kung) combines
postures and slow movements
with breathing used for 1,000's of
 years to improve balance, comfort
and energy. 
Chi Kung is especially
good for everyone to improve their
 mental and physical fitness and
health,
for reducing stress and is

especially helpful for seniors.
Daily practice of Chi Kung breathing,
postures and bi-lateral movements
can be used to successfully assist
balance,
comfort and flexibility.
 

TAI CHI
(pronounced Tie Chee or Taiji/Tie Jee)
is especially good for anyone who
wants to improve Sports Performance,
for Veterans to relieve/manage PTSD
and for seniors to feel younger, longer.
Daily practice of Michaelsen's bi-lateral
Tai Chi training is designed to improve
mind and body health and fitness. 
Tai Chi can be used to successfully
relieve
chronic pain, improve balance,
comfort and flexibility.

TAI CHI for BEGINNERS
BASIC PRINCIPALS & TECHNIQUES

Relax Stress & Tension. 
Improve Memory & Balance.
Warm up with Therapeutic Chi Kung,
positions, stances and slow movements,
begin all Tai Chi Classes.
Short Yang and Short Chen Forms
are offered in separate Beginner Classes.
Handouts provided.
Optional books and dvds are available for purchase.
 

TAI CHI FORMS & SKILLS

and Routines: Chen, Yang, Fan and Sword. 
Pre-requisite: Tai Chi for Beginners
or Instructor approval.
